Booking
A $20 deposit is required to book! Deposit goes towards service. Deposits are Non-refundable. You are only allowed to reschedule your appointment once before forfeiting your deposit.
When booking be sure to book a soak off with your service if needed to insure we have enough time to complete your full service.
Late Arrival
Scheduled appointments have a 10 minute grace period to arrive, to allow for unpredicted traffic or parking difficulties. If you are more than 10 minutes late please call us at (210)763-3588 to see if we have the availability to complete your service in full. One client can throw off our entire schedule and cause other clients to be late for their commitments. Therefore, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to refuse partial or complete service and you forfeit your deposit.
Cancellation Policy
We value your business and ask that you respect our business scheduling policies. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of any cancellation or rescheduling. Any cancellations/rescheduling with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to forfeit your deposit.
If you are a NO SHOW after your appointment was confirmed 24 hours prior, you will be required to pay 50% of what your service total would be before booking another appointment.
Refunds
If you are not happy with your nails, please make us aware of it before you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied. No refunds will be given after you have left the salon.
Complimentary Fixes
Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 3 business days after your appointment; excluding breakages. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting in the first 3 days, please call us to schedule a free repair. (Please remember, nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service)
Traditional Nail Polish services are not guaranteed. However, we would be glad to fix them for you. We ask that you call within 24hrs after your initial service to schedule polish repair. This does not include color change.
We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service To:
-Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious.
- Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area.
- Anyone in ill health that we may suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be harmed by our service.
- Anyone more than 1 minutes late for an appointment.
- Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to our nail technicians and other customers.
Salon Policy
Due to safety considerations, and limited space, children and extra guest are not permitted in the salon.
Payment
We currently accept Cash, Credit, Debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, CASHAPP & After Pay.
A surcharge fee per transaction will be added to electronic forms of payment.
